Our commitment to Parents
We will:
Ensure that our customer welfare and safety is paramount at all
times.
Always act in a professional way.
Not accept bullying, swearing or other disruptive behaviour from
any customer.
Liaise openly with parents & carers.
Listen to, and act upon, any allegations or concerns brought to us
by young people attending our events.
Should a difficulty occur with any customer staff will adhere to
these rules:
Only use physical contact if absolutely necessary.
Avoid being alone with a young person at all times.
On every occasion our Duty Manager will be advised and asked to be
present.
Ensure our events are fun and enjoyable.

General Polices
As part of our commitment to offering quality entertainment to 13 -
17 year olds in a safe and friendly environment we take the
following steps:
Ensure that soft drinks are on sale only
No alcohol branding what so ever is displayed and all bars have
alcoholic drinks removed for this event.
Cigarette machines are disabled and smoking discouraged.
Inform the local police that we are operating an under 18s event.
Our security staff are mature, sensible and vetted to the British
Standard BS7858. Events are stewarded by male and female safety
staff who are registered by the local council, and SIA registered.
Each venue provides First Aiders and has a designated First Aid
area.
Display the venue search policy upon entrance to the venue. Searches
on the door take place primarily for weapons, alcohol and illegal
substances. Any persons that refuse to be searched are not permitted
entrance to the event. All legalities surrounding searching
teenagers are strictly adhered to.Should we have to ask any
person to leave a the event for inappropriate behaviour or refuse
entry our Duty Manager should be advised and take every possible
step to ensure that such persons are supervised by venue staff until
parents/guardians are telephoned and arrive to collect them Other
than persons employed by the event organisers or associated
companies and authorities & supervisors, we do not permit any person
over the age of 18 to our events although we are committed to
liaising openly with parents and carers.
